The location of the hotel was fantastic, very close to the main tourist attractions and the bustling city center. It was conveniently accessible by public transport from the airport and within walking distance to the main shopping area, Baixa Chiado. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any needs. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with amenities such as shampoo and shower gel provided. The hotel also had a bar and restaurant where guests could enjoy a meal or drinks.
The service at the restaurant was quite slow, causing some inconvenience and delays during meal times.

Tastefully modernized historic building with beautiful tiles on the walls. Comfortable beds and super nice, clean bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Great bar in the lobby, but no noise in the rooms above. Amazing view from the balcony.
Small bedside lights for reading would be useful. Twin beds could be wider.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and modern facilities. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the main sights and close to 2 metro stations for easy transportation to other parts of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for things to do in this city.

Great location, comfortable room with a powerful hot shower, and a cozy bed. Good WiFi and nice breakfast, although a bit pricey. Would stay here again for a good hotel in a perfect spot.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The rooms were clean and modern, and we were pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort of our room. The highlight was definitely the balcony with its amazing view. The location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. We also loved the fresh fruit juices at breakfast, a refreshing and healthy start to the day.

The staff were great too ensure our needs were met, and they even offered to refrigerate some important items for us. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions.
